Description:
The project consisted of a full retrofit of a 3,000 SF office space within the Class B Office Building, Concourse in the Airport Submarket of Raleigh, NC. The renovation project included drywall, flooring, new ceiling, full break-room renovation, HVAC – the full spectrum of an interior office tenant improvement project.
